We’ve been working with housing associations for years, so we understand the pressure of getting a fresh, engaging magazine delivered to tenants, two, three, four, or even more, times every year.

Talk is good
Talk is BPHA’s twice yearly magazine.
Like everyone, they wanted to take the pain out of the magazine production process and buy back some precious time.
So, we cut turnaround times down from over three months to less than a month.
We have worked hard developing relationships with the people of BPHA so that when the production schedules and content plans are agreed, we can crack straight on with interviews and information-gathering.
By writing the stories, we also understand the type of photos and artwork we need, and so briefing our preferred photographers is a quick and easy process too.
The best bit is, as housing marketing specialists, we understand the stories that matter, have a constant eye on news, views and trends, and can cut through the jargon. Creating the right customer-focused content comes easy to us.
Leaving nobody out
Alongside the print magazine, we produce an online version, giving choice to customers.
Most importantly, we make sure both versions land at the same time.
The online version is presented on our own innovative, digital platform.
With every page having its own URL, we can create links to articles and track what readers are most interested in.
Most importantly, whether readers are clicking online or flicking through pages, we are presenting a professionally-designed and written magazine packed with interesting and relevant stories and impactful photography.
