Tenant information project

The challenge.
The challenge.
With the introduction of new Consumer Standards, Progress Housing Group saw an opportunity to do more than just meet regulatory requirements. Working closely with the team at Progress, our aim was to redefine how important information is shared with residents. From gas safety to damp and mould, and everything in between, our goal was simple: ensure residents have all the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and take action when needed.
The solution.
The solution.
We crafted a full suite of animations and easy-to-understand leaflets, including clear print versions for those requiring them. These materials were designed to address everyday issues affecting residents’ lives and wellbeing in their communities. Key to this project were bespoke character illustrations that reflected the community’s diversity. It was important for us that every resident could see themselves in these materials, feeling included and represented. To make the information more accessible and engaging, we added voiceovers to the animations. This approach helped convey the messages with clarity, reaching a wider audience.

The initiative proved to be a success. The animations and leaflets did more than just inform; they connected residents with essential knowledge and resources. This approach led to residents feeling more empowered, with a better understanding of their rights and the support available to them. Progress Housing Group saw an increase in resident engagement and this boost is a clear indicator of how effective communication can make a difference. By focusing on clear, engaging, and inclusive communication, we helped set a new standard for resident campaigns in the housing sector.
