Corporate plan engagement

The challenge.
The challenge.
Aspire came to us with a big idea: they were gearing up for their new corporate plan and wanted to make sure it reflected who they were and what they believed in. It wasn’t just about updating a document; it was about checking in with their core values and ethos to see if they still matched up with where they wanted to go. Partnering with us, Aspire was all in for digging deep, aiming to get the real scoop from the people who know them best – their employees and customers. With the world changing and new standards to meet, listening closely to these voices was more crucial than ever. The success of their plan relied on everyone feeling connected and invested in Aspire’s future.

To get the conversation rolling, we came up with a survey that was easy and engaging for everyone – from the leadership team to the boots-on-the-ground staff. To catch their eye and spark interest, we went with something a little different: KitKat bars wrapped in our fresh campaign creative and sporting a QR code to jump straight into the survey. Once we had a good chunk of initial feedback, we invited folks over to Aspire headquarters for workshops that went deeper, emphasising that every opinion mattered. Our goal was to provide Aspire with the insights they needed to create a plan that hit home with everyone involved.

And wow, did people get on board! We saw an 87% turnout for the survey, which was a huge jump from anything before. A total of 312 employees gave us their thoughts, giving us a clear and confident picture of where things stood, with almost no margin for error. The workshops were just as successful, with nearly full attendance. All this feedback has been gold for Aspire, helping them fine-tune their values and direction. It’s been awesome seeing how all this input is shaping a corporate plan that’s not just words on a page but a true reflection of Aspire’s strategic vision.
