Corporate and Residents’ 25th Anniversary Annual Report
25 years of Progress
The story of Progress Housing is not just about homes. It is about people.
For 25 years, Progress has recognised that good quality housing leads to a good quality of life.
So, when we were asked to create an extra-special annual report to tell the story of Progress, we knew we had to do it in a way which connected with people.
We had to capture how Progress touches peoples’ lives.
The power of story-telling
We created a series of powerful films to tell the stories of people whose lives are better because of Progress.
We also commissioned street-style portrait photography to produce images which had impact. Capturing the photography and filming at the same time meant we built a library of great lifestyle shots.
We interviewed people and used their words to create the content for an Annual Report which, like Progress, focused on people.
The print and PDF version not only met the requirements of a corporate report but came to life with strong photography and direct links to peoples’ films.
We repurposed all the content to create a digital version for residents, built on our own easy-access online platform.
An emotional connection
Our work went beyond a corporate and digital annual report.
We reconfigured the case study footage with a voiceover from the chief executive to create a powerful film to open Progress’s 2019 staff conference.
Using extra footage captured during filming we were able to enrich the story and create a truly cinematic experience which spoke directly to the people of Progress.
The end result?
A series of stories which emotionally connected with people at all levels and captured the pride of 25 years of Progress.
