Bollin Grange

The challenge.

The challenge.

In a housing market that was beginning to lose momentum, Prospa Homes faced a growing challenge. Despite being a provider of beautiful shared ownership properties in stunning locations, they recognised a need to work harder and smarter to sell their properties. This wasn’t just about increasing marketing spend; it was about finding fresh ways to engage potential buyers and stand out in what was becoming an increasingly competitive landscape. Bollin Grange was the perfect opportunity to lay down some fresh creative ideas and try something new.

The solution.

The solution.

To tackle this, we focused on creating compelling sales materials for Bollin Grange, incorporating development brochures and a website landing page that included a mix of computer-generated images (CGIs) and lifestyle photography. These elements worked together to showcase the development’s appeal, emphasising the balance between modern living and the natural beauty of its Cheshire countryside location. Alongside the brochures, we designed a social media campaign that was both engaging and targeted, crafted to highlight the unique selling points of Bollin Grange and reach potential buyers who we know spend a significant amount of time online. The campaign aimed to create a sense of community and belonging, appealing directly to those looking for a new home in a semi-rural setting.

The results.

The results.

The approach paid off, with Bollin Grange selling out within 8 weeks. This result was particularly noteworthy given the broader market conditions, demonstrating that well-targeted and thoughtfully crafted marketing strategies can lead to positive outcomes, even when the odds are stacked against you. The sell-out of Bollin Grange not only highlighted the development’s appeal but also underscored the effectiveness of combining traditional and digital marketing techniques to reach and resonate with potential homebuyers. It was a reminder that in the world of property sales, understanding your audience and communicating with them in an authentic and engaging manner can make all the difference.

The feedback.

“We needed a fresh approach for marketing our shared ownership homes and Maxmedia rose to the challenge creating engaging sales materials including a website landing page, digital brochure and social media campaign. They have been fantastic to collaborate with, providing lots of new ideas, a flexible approach and have provided quick responses to any queries or last minute amendments we have made along the way which has proved invaluable in the midst of a sales launch.”
