Rebrand

The challenge.
The challenge.
As Care Housing approached their 20th anniversary, they found themselves at a pivotal moment. While their mission and values remained strong, their branding didn’t quite capture these aspects effectively. The old branding felt dated, was challenging to use, and was inconsistent across different channels, making it difficult to positively showcase the organisation’s growth and achievements over the past two decades. The anniversary presented a fantastic opportunity to revamp Care’s branding to better reflect their mission and accomplishments.

The solution.
The solution.
The strategy to refresh Care’s brand identity focused on modernising its appearance while keeping the organisation’s core mission and values at the forefront. The process began with a thorough exploration of Care’s fundamental beliefs to ensure the new branding would accurately embody these principles. The refresh entailed more than just introducing a new logo or colour scheme; it aimed to present Care as a forward-thinking and future-facing organisation. The redesigned brand sought to be user-friendly, cohesive, and visually appealing to a broad audience, including employees, customers and wider stakeholders. It was about weaving Care’s values and mission into every aspect of their visual identity, thereby fostering stronger alignment between the organisation’s mission and its brand.

The results.
The transformation was profound. Care Housing now boasts a brand that’s vibrant, friendly, and instantly recognisable. This new branding conveys Care’s commitment to providing excellent supported living, making it more impactful and inclusive. With the updated branding, Care has seen improved engagement with stakeholders and a deeper sense of brand connection among staff, marking a significant milestone in Care’s journey. As they celebrate 20 years, Care is poised for the future, equipped with a brand that reflects its growth, achievements, and dedication to supported living.

“Maxmedia were fantastic to work with in creating a new brand for our organisation. They provided varied options with clear rationales and helped guide our decision-making around what we wanted to achieve. The result was fantastic! Laura put together a complete package of branded assets and a clear guide around their use to ensure our brand is clear and effective. Thanks, Maxmedia!”
– Matthew Eddisford, Chief Executive
“The task for Care’s rebrand fell mainly to myself with oversight from senior management. This was something completely different to anything I had done before. However, Laura and Jon guided me through the process and were available to answer my many questions. I have thoroughly enjoyed the process, learned something new and continue to use my newfound skills and the assets Maxmedia have provided, in Care’s ongoing social media content.”
– Claire Boardwell, New Homes Officer
