After submitting an invitation to tender, Phoenix Community Housing’s tenants have chosen Maxmedia to design and deliver the organisation’s annual report for the third year in a row.
Phoenix Community Housing are a not-for-profit resident-led housing association based in south London. They own and manage more than 7,500 homes in the Lewisham wards of Bellingham, Catford South, Downham and Grove Park.
As a resident-led housing association, Phoenix tenants play an active role in shaping the direction of the organisation, as well as the format and style of corporate literature like annual reports.
The London-based housing association also has a new Chief Executive and Chair of the Board and are keen to showcase a new and prosperous path for the organisation.
