Maxmedia is thrilled to announce our new partnership with the Northern Housing Consortium (NHC).
The partnership will see Maxmedia deliver marketing and communications expertise and insights to the NHC’s membership network.
Jon Pendrill, Managing Director at Maxmedia, said:
“We’re delighted to be joining the NHC as Supporter members. We’ve built a strong relationship with the NHC over the last few months and have seen firsthand the fantastic support they provide to members. We’re anchored deep within the housing sector and we hope our new partnership will allow us to broaden our support to housing providers. We focus on outcomes not outputs, we use our knowledge of the sector, human behaviour and marketing skills to bring about positive changes through impactful communications.”
Our expertise is rooted in understanding the unique challenges facing the housing sector and providing tailored solutions to address them. These challenges span across various critical areas including the journey to net zero and retrofit, the cost of living crisis, damp and mould issues, budgeting and timing constraints, and navigating the evolving landscape of regulatory requirements.
Among the numerous initiatives Maxmedia has supported are noteworthy projects such as Heartwarming Homes – a toolkit aimed at fostering effective engagement and communication with residents. We have also been instrumental in the success of Bolton at Home’s Bolton Manbassadors project, a mental health campaign for men which clinched the UK Housing Award for Campaign of the Year in 2022.
The NHC’s Director of Member Engagement, Kate Maughan said:
“We’re excited to announce Maxmedia as a new NHC Supporter. Supporter members bring external expertise and allow us to broaden the support we can offer to our membership of housing organisations across the North. We’re really looking forward to working with Jon and the team to share their expertise and support our members with their communications and marketing needs”.
We look forward to engaging closely with the NHC and its members, striving towards our shared goal of fostering progressive and impactful housing solutions.
