Salix Homes chooses Maxmedia for engaging winter rent campaign
When Salix Homes needed to engage with 10,000 tenants for their winter rent campaign, they needed the expertise of a dedicated housing communications agency. That’s why they turned to Maxmedia.
To enable separate messaging for different customers, we devised two effective mailers. The first to thank tenants for having a clear rent account, and to let them know that if they keep a clear rent account by the end of march, they will be in with a chance of winning £1,000. The second mailer contains customer-specific information highlighting any current arrears.
As well as communicating the tailored messages, we also incorporated the core message regarding the dangers of rent arrears over the Christmas period, producing the concept, design, print and mailing.
