Harvest staff conference gets the Maxmedia touch
It’s been a successful decade for the hard working team at Harvest housing. To help them reap the rewards of the their toil, the organisation decided to stage the ‘H Festival’ – an opportunity for everyone at Harvest to get together and celebrate the enormous successes that staff have achieved in their neighbourhoods.
As this was the first time in 10 years that the entire organization had got together for a day, they needed to be sure that the event would run as smoothly as possible. That’s why they got in touch with Maxmedia.
To help ensure that the event went off in style, we designed event branding, teaser campaigns, tickets, and took care of the design and build of the stage. Plus, we also organised ticket booths and arranged an in-brand orange carpet walkway (instead of the traditional red carpet!).
The high-profile event saw 700 members of staff from across the northwest get together for the spectacular one-day event. The event also saw the launch of Harvest’s new customer service programme ‘CHERISH’ – which we also branded.
The fantastic event ended with the staff awards, which were hosted by comedian Dave Spikey.
So how did it all go?
Well, the proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say. And it seems that this particular treat went down very well with attendees. Post event feedback from 300 members saw 90% class the event as ‘excellent’.
