NHS chooses Maxmedia for emergency marketing!
As a high profile public service, the NHS has to be careful with its communications...and its marketing budget. So when they had an urgent need to produce their 2011 Guide to Service booklet, who did they turn to?
Well, we’re very pleased to say that they contacted the team here Maxmedia. We where chosen to produce the 2011 Guide to Service booklet due to our expertise in delivering time critical publications, cost-effective solutions and creative design concepts that really engage an audience.
The contract included design, print and distribution to 100,000 customers.
Due to changes in the NHS trust, the project’s deadline was tight. Really tight. Four weeks tight to be exact. Plus, it needed to be with customers before the Christmas break as it had details of opening hours during the festive season.
So…did we deliver?
You bet. We produced the 44-page A5 booklet in less than four weeks – including concepts, design and distribution.
Oh, and we still finished the job on budget.
Head of communications commented…
